General Information
Is there an age range for the soft play area?
Our soft play set-up can be enjoyed by infants, toddlers, and preschoolers of all ages.
Are adults and children older than 6 years old allowed to enter?
Yes, as long as all children are to be under adult supervision at all times and follow safety rules.
Safe Play Rules
• No shoes, food, or drinks are permitted inside the play area.
• No sharp objects are permitted (keys, badges, pen, etc.).
• Overcrowding is forbidden.
• Adult supervision at all times.
Delivery
Delivery charge of $100 for rental less than $400 island wide
Free Delivery for rental more than $400 island wide
Surcharge $20 for deliveries to Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island, Jurong Shipyard, Jurong Port, and other restricted areas as applicable.
Surcharge $50 per flight of stairs for deliveries required to be carried via stairs or steps to setup venue.
Payment Details
Payment via UEN or PayNow.
Full Payment and Incidental Fee is required upon confirmation to secure booking.
Incidental Fee of $100 will be refund within 1-2 days after collection and inspection if the following has not been adhered:
– No stains, spills, or food in the play area and equipment.
– No damage of soft play due to negligence and mishandling.
– Equipment are not to be taken apart with prior approval from Joyful Bubs
Cancellation Policy
5 days or lesser before event day = 50% Penalty.
More than 5 days before event day = Full Refund.
Terms & Conditions
• Time allocate for each party is 4 hours.
• Strictly for indoor setup only.
• Time Extensions are charge by per exceeding hour and subject to availability.
• Early/Late setup charges applicable (setup before 9am and collection after 10:30pm)
